Where do you ship from, and what areas do you cover?
We dispatch all products directly and securely from the UK. We currently offer fast nationwide shipping across the UK. (Contact us if you require special delivery arrangements).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery usually arrives within 2–4 business days, with expedited options available at checkout. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
All orders are final. Because we process orders rapidly to ensure prompt dispatch, minor shipping address or order detail changes can only be accommodated if requested within 1 hour of placing the order. Cancellations are not permitted once an order has been submitted. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

What purity level are your peptides?
All of our research compounds are synthesized to high industry standards, boasting a purity level exceeding 99%, verified by independent third-party HPLC analysis. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) details are available upon request.
How should I store my peptides?
- Lyophilized (Freeze-dried) Peptides: Unreconstituted peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term preservation, store them in a freezer at -20°C.
- Reconstituted Peptides: Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, compounds should be refrigerated immediately between 2°C and 8°C and used within the recommended testing timeframe. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Are your products for research or cosmetic use?
Our products are strictly intended for laboratory research and development purposes only. They are not for human consumption, direct cosmetic use, diagnostic procedures, or internal administration.

What should I use to reconstitute my peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should typically be reconstituted using Bacteriostatic Water or sterile water for injection, depending on your specific laboratory protocols.
Do your products come with reconstitution calculators or guides?
We do not provide medical advice or instructions for human application. We provide standard storage guidelines and technical specifications to support lab handling on our product pages and inserts.
Returns & Issues
What is your return policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and strict quality control protocols, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or reconstituted products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and our team will resolve it promptly.
My tracking information hasn't updated. What should I do?
Postal carriers occasionally take up to 24 hours to register initial tracking scans. If your tracking status remains unchanged after 3 business days, please reach out to our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.
