All Sales Final & Return Exception Policy
Due to the specialised nature, temperature-sensitive storage requirements, and strict purity control standards of research peptides and chemical compounds, all sales are final.
No General Returns or Exchanges: To maintain chemical integrity, prevent cross-contamination, and guarantee quality assurance for all researchers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a shipment has left our facility.
Non-Returnable After Delivery: Once a product is marked as delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments
We take extreme care in packaging and verifying orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, we will issue a replacement or store credit subject to the following conditions:
2.1 Reporting Window
Any claim regarding damaged vials, missing items, or wrong products must be reported within 48 hours of carrier delivery confirmation. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement.
2.2 Verification Requirements
To process a replacement claim, you must contact us via email at proyupeptides@gmail.com or through our official Telegram link with:
Your Order Number and full name.
Clear, high-resolution photographs and/or video showing:
The outer shipping box/pouch and shipping label.
The damaged, broken, or incorrect items in their original, unopened packaging.
Unverified claims or products that have been reconstituted, tampered with, or used will not qualify for replacement.
Shipping & Address Errors
Customer Address Entry: It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or delivered to incorrect addresses resulting from buyer input errors.
Returned / Unclaimed Shipments: If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an invalid address, failure to pick up, or refusal of delivery, the buyer is responsible for all re-shipping fees. Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations
Before Dispatch: Order cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched by our fulfilment team, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched into the postal system, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
